Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett for one night on Valentine’s Day, which also happened to be my wife’s birthday. Before our arrival, I spoke with Celisse to confirm our booking and asked about special occasion options. Although the hotel doesn’t offer packages, she went above and beyond to arrange a thoughtful surprise in our room that my wife absolutely loved. At check-in, Celisse and Dan were both welcoming and professional, making us feel truly valued. While there were a few minor issues, overall we had a great stay and really appreciated the excellent customer service. We would happily stay here again!

The hotel was noisy because it was close to the airport, and the airport and business lights outside were always on. The hotel facilities were new, but I personally don't like staying there.

This hotel sets a true benchmark for excellence. From the moment I arrived, Daniel & Jose were professional, kind, and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience. Every interaction reflected a high standard of service and care. Daniel was always there to help me when I needed anything, he is very friendly and supportive. Jose was always helpful either in person or over the phone. The location is clean, outstanding, perfectly situated with a wide variety of attractions nearby, and dining options, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this was a flawless stay and a clear reflection of STRONG leadership, excellent training, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and commend the entire team for delivering such an outstanding experience. If you need anything Daniel and Jose are there to help! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Room service is available as needed. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are amazing and always clean!

I accidentally left my electric toothbrush behind which was devastating, especially after a recent issue with leaving something at another hotel. I need to get my brain checked, I know. But then Celice or Celyce or possibly Selece swooped in and saved the day. I am so sorry if I am spelling her name wrong but please know I mean the incredible human at the front desk who deserves everything good in life. She’s shipping my toothbrush back to me and has restored not only my oral hygiene but my faith in humanity. Absolutely elite service. The hotel itself was fine but let’s be honest I will be coming back for her and her only. Give her all the raises. Put her face on the building. Make her CEO. Founder. Visionary. THANK YOU!!!!

Great staff who were very helpful during our stay for a family funeral. They were considerate and thoughtful and made our stay enjoyable despite the circumstances. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Brian Travis made our late night entrance into the hotel after a business conference totally delightful! He was more than willing to gets us some items we’d forgotten to bring,, and then proceeded answer all our other questions and help us get a few extra things with a perfectly cheerful attitude, even though it was after midnight. I would honestly stay at this hotel again, just for him!(Although this hotel is fantastic as well- lol)

Had no problems.at all, this is an exceptional place to stay when in the Seattle area. I was especially impressed with the young lady named Celiese at the front desk (I probably spelled that wrong) she was super helpful and polite and made the bad travel I had on the way there so much better!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel except for a couple items that I did not like. From my room, it sounded like a race track all day and night due to the noise from the road that my room window faced. The other issue was the breakfast. For some reason the charge was $16.50 for a breakfast that you'd get for free at most other hotels. For that price I'd think you'd get a whole lot more than what was served. But that just meant I only had coffee for breakfast and skipped that meal. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay and had no problems. The people were all pleasant that I interacted with and always had a smile.
